This is a set of physical 3D maps of Scafell Pike in the English Lake District, Cumbria, Ben Nevis in the Scottish Highlands, and Snowdon in Snowdonia, Wales. As real data is used it is a set of accurate, scale models of the three Mountains. They are supplied completely finished and ready to display and enjoy.

Made using an incredibly accurate process that has picked up every detail of the Mountains.

The maps are mounted on white faux leather material. In between the frame and map is fixed a title plate of engraved wood with solid brass screws, the same plate is used for the personalised option.

The area captured is to a scale of 26,884 - 1 (Scafell Pike) , 24,611 - 1 (Ben Nevis) 28,273 - 1 (Snowdon) .

The maps themselves measure 14.5 x 14.5cm and the frames are of high quality being polycore measuring 10"x8" (25.4 x 20.3cm), this is a standard recess size should reframing be considered.

Scafell Pike is the highest Mountain in England located in the Western Lake District. It is a very popular walk in the remote Western lake District. This map also details the popular summits of Scafell and Great End.

Snowdon is the highest Mountain in Wales located within the Mountains of Snowdonia. From above it makes a wonderful star-shaped Relief Map with the summit sitting centrally within the mount.

Ben Nevis is the highest Mountain in the U.K at a height of 1,345m. It's a challenging walk any time of year but is a must for any keen U.K hiker and as it's an ancient collapsed volcano it makes a fabulous Mountain Casting.

How they're made:
The map is made using accurate mapping data and the latest 3D mapping techniques and manufacturing techniques to allow an original pattern to be made and a mold taken from that. The maps are then cast by hand using a process known as 'Cold Casting' where resin and real metal powders are mixed to create the metal finish. The casting is given an aged patina finish and polished by hand before being professionally framed and packed.

Variations:
These Castings are available in Bronze, Copper, or Silver but if you want to mix and match finishes that's fine, just let me know.

Personalised Option:
This is an additional plate engraved with your text and fixed to the frame above the map. I can fix it anywhere so if you want to have your plates in different positions, let me know with a message. Send your desired text to me when ordering using the message seller option. Or just send me a message separately. Unless specified Mongolian Baltia font will be used (Same as photographed and as per title plates)- Note, I don't change the font of the title plates unless it is agreed in advance.

Delivery and Shipping Domestically and Internationally:
Typically I use Parcelforce or Royal Mail on a 48-hour service. The maps are made to order but if you need an order rushing through let me know asap. It's really useful for the courier to have the receiver's phone number, especially if it's an international order so if you can, please send it through when ordering.
